The company J. G. Cassoulides and Son Ltd is founded by mr John Cassoulides grandfather of the current CEO John Ch. Cassoulides.

J. G. Cassoulides and Son Ltd acquires the Hermes Media Press

J. G. Cassoulides and Son Ltd and Options Ltd merge and create the group of companies PLC Options Cassoulides.

The majority of stock shares of the group bought from Savvides family.

Mr John Cassoulides with two partners buy J. G. Cassoulides & Son Ltd and Hermes Media Press

Despite the economic crisis, the company is operated in a strength bases and offers even lower prices to our customers.
